Script of Changes

The main focus on the entire image was for me to bring out the eyes in a way not naturally possible.
1. I blurred the face out because there was too much detail where I didn't want there to be.
2. I darkened the levels on the eyes to make them the centre of focus.
3. Using "Quick Mask Mode" I selected just the iris' of the eyes, because when I changed the levels there was no color in the eyes.
4. I changed the contrast in the iris' and it turned out a red in one and a yellow in the other, which i decided to keep.
5. The clone tool was used to get rid of the overexposure line through the dog's head and all of the overexposured grass.
5. When I got rid of the overexposure line, it got rid of the fur edges so I used the smudge tool to re-create the fur.
6. When I thought the changes were done, I put a "Poster Edge" filter on it to out line it a bit.
7. The final step was to put a "texturizer" filter on the entire image to make it seem like it was printed on canvas.
